Molecular biologist/Biochemist with long time overseas study and research experiences (11 years in the US and 7 years in Hong Kong). Extensive knowledge and hands-on skills in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology and bioinformatics. Specialized in studies of human diseases utilizing transgenic and gene-knockout mouse models. Capable of conducting competitive and innovative research work independently. Significant supervisory roles and leadership as a principal investigator. Superb interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Southern Fujianese and Cantonese.
